The home provides high-quality general nursing care for up to 51 residents in spacious, well-furnished rooms, with compassionate support delivered with dignity, empathy and respect.

Role: Domestic Assistant
Location: 163 Barnhorn Road, Bexhill-On-Sea, TN39 4QL
Salary: £12.75ph
Hours: 30 hours per week, working on a rota that may include weekends and public holidays
As part of our friendly housekeeping team, you’ll help keep our home sparkling clean and infection-free, ensuring the highest standards of hygiene in residents’ rooms and shared spaces. It’s more than just cleaning it’s about creating a sense of pride, dignity and wellbeing for everyone who lives here.
What you’ll be doing:
* Keeping residents’ rooms and communal areas clean, tidy and sanitised to a high standard
* Following cleaning schedules and infection control procedures carefully and consistently
* Working closely with the Head of Housekeeping and wider team to ensure daily tasks are completed
* Respecting residents’ personal space and privacy while building warm and positive relationships
* Reporting any maintenance or cleanliness issues promptly to the appropriate person
* Taking pride in your work and being a valued part of the home’s day-to-day life
