Location: Office based in Limavady or Cookstown - Monday to Friday - Permanent role

Key Responsibilities:
The SHEQ Manager will be responsible for developing, implementing, and maintaining all aspects of Safety, Health, Environmental, and Quality systems across the organization. This role involves ensuring regulatory compliance, fostering a culture of continuous improvement, safety, and quality across multiple project sites, overseeing risk management, and supporting project delivery teams with SHEQ-related issues.
SHEQ Leadership & Strategy
* Develop and lead the SHEQ strategy aligned with business goals.
* Promote SHEQ awareness and compliance at all organizational levels.
* Manage SHEQ audits, inspections, and certifications (e.g., ISO 9001, 14001, 45001).
Health & Safety
* Oversee all safety operations in offices, workshops, and sites, ensuring compliance with legal and company standards.
* Conduct risk assessments and implement mitigation strategies.
* Lead investigations into accidents and incidents, producing detailed reports with corrective actions.
* Ensure safety documentation (RAMS, permits, toolbox talks) is current and communicated effectively.
Qualifications:
* Skills in Health & Safety, Environmental Health and Safety (EHS), and Occupational Health.
* Experience in a similar role.
* NEBOSH certification is mandatory.
