The Role
You'll be mainly office-based, driving new business through emailing, cold calling, networking, and lead generation, with regular opportunities to get out of the office for:
* Site visits and quoting
* Networking events
* Client lunches or dinners
* Relationship-building meetings
If you enjoy talking to people, opening doors, and seeing direct financial reward for your effort, this role will suit you.
What You'll Be Doing
* Proactively generating new business via email and cold calling
* Identifying and qualifying leads
* Booking and attending site visits
* Preparing, issuing, and following up on quotes
* Attending networking events and representing Neatwork Group
* Building long-term relationships with decision-makers
* Managing and tracking your own sales pipeline
Commission & Progression
This role comes with uncapped commission, and the right person can genuinely earn well.

What We're Looking For
* Preferred but not required Experience in B2B sales (service-based sales ideal)
* Confident and comfortable with cold calling
* Strong communicator — phone, email, and face-to-face
* Target-driven and self-motivated
* Happy to attend networking events and client meetings
* Organised and professional
* Full UK driving licence
