Were looking for an organised, guest-focused Events Coordinator to support the end-to-end planning and delivery of events, ensuring exceptional service and smooth on-the-day execution.
What youll be doing
* Support event planning from initial enquiry through to delivery
* Act as a main point of contact for guest communication and coordination
* Manage event logistics, schedules and on-site support
* Maintain accurate event records and system administration

Your working hours
* Part-time
* You will be contracted to work a guaranteed minimum of 120 hours over a 4‑week period. You may be asked to work additional hours in line with operational requirements.
* These shifts will fall between 8:30am and 11pm
About you
* Proven experience planning and delivering events, managing multiple deadlines with high accuracy
* Strong communication and collaboration skills with suppliers, stakeholders and cross‑functional teams
* Effective budget management and spend tracking, with experience working with external venues and providers
* Professional, customer-focused approach, calm under pressure, quick to resolve issues and confident using Microsoft Office
