Overview
Interpath Advisory is looking for an experienced candidate to join the growing eDiscovery team in their Data and Tech group. The eDiscovery and Digital Forensics unit assists with data collections, processing and review support in investigations, disputes, turnaround, restructuring and process improvement engagements, and other critical business issues. The team works with data across client enterprises including email, servers, cloud storage, social media, mobile devices, instant messaging, and collaboration tools, using data analytics and subject matter experts to support client needs.
Responsibilities
* Project management for the delivery of eDiscovery services to clients, including data processing and review workflows.
* Work closely with the client and their lawyers to understand objectives and challenges.
* Serve as the principal day-to-day point of contact for the client and manage the project lifecycle, including billing.
* Manage workstreams and teams as part of the wider project delivery.
* Understand the EDRM model and apply advanced, strategic eDiscovery workflows to assist clients with complex information challenges.
* Research developments and new tools in the eDiscovery arena.
* Familiarity with data collection management and data integrity.
* Produce reports relating to the provenance or integrity of data collected (which may include witness statements).
* Support business development activities such as client presentations and pitches.
* Mentor, supervise and delegate tasks to junior colleagues to support day-to-day work, training and professional development.
* Build relationships with current and potential clients, demonstrate capabilities, and provide supporting documentation including proposals and cost estimates.
* Assist in managing finances of engagements, including budgeting, communicating changes, and revenue forecasting and invoicing.
* Review and discuss expectations, scope of work, and timelines with clients.
* Manage project close-out processes including data return and database archival, with awareness of ongoing data retention policies.
* Provide periodic status updates and reports to clients and senior staff.
* Document processes throughout the project lifecycle, including interview notes and drafted communications or reports.
* Serve as a role model within a growing firm focused on its people, culture, and high-quality services.

Requirements
* Bachelor's degree or higher in engineering, computer science, finance, accounting, economics, information technology, forensics, data analytics, or related field.
* Minimum of 4 years of experience in the eDiscovery arena.
* Familiarity with the EDRM model and experience with eDiscovery tools such as Relativity, Reveal, Brainspace, Disco, Ringtail, CasePoint, Nuix, or comparable.
* Industry-recognized technical accreditations (e.g., RCA) are preferable.
* Awareness of forensic capture software (e.g., EnCase, Cellebrite, Oxygen, FTK) and general IT infrastructure (Office 365, Microsoft, Linux, email journaling, backup software).
