Overview:
As a Hostess, you will be the first point of contact for our guests, ensuring a warm and professional welcome. You will manage reservations, seating, and guest flow while playing an active role in guest relations learning about our guests preferences, recording key details, and helping us maintain strong relationships. You will also support with menu printing and guest communications, including our newsletter and database updates.
Key Responsibilities:
Greet and seat guests in a warm, professional manner
Manage reservations and walk-ins efficiently using the booking system
Coordinate table assignments with the service and management teams
Engage with guests to learn their preferences, feedback, and special occasions
Record and update guest information into our database/platform (TBC)
Assist with printing and updating daily menus before each service
Support with guest communications, including compiling and sending newsletters
Maintain a polished, organised host stand and entrance area
Communicate clearly between front desk, management, and floor teams
Ideal Candidate:
Polished and engaging communicator with a natural sense of hospitality
Organised, detail-oriented, and proactive
Comfortable using technology and guest management systems
Creative eye for presentation and interest in guest communications
Previous experience in a host or guest relations role preferred
