Role Overview
The Field Service Technician delivers field‑based services across our UK brands, ensuring high standards and a seamless service journey for customers.
Basic Functions
* Act as a brand ambassador for our products and services.
* Perform service visits, repairing and replacing products across all brands.
* Provide feedback on technical field issues, raising early warnings.
* Deliver excellent customer service across all UK brands.
* Represent the company professionally in conflict situations.
* Reduce warranty costs by meeting business‑defined Key Performance Indicators.
* Conduct site investigations when required.
* Support revenue by offering suitable spare parts and upgrades.
* Assist trainee field service technicians as needed.
* Comply with all health and safety processes.
* Maintain accurate van stock levels following the stock control process.
Skills and Requirements
* Effective customer service experience.
* Ability to work unsupervised and alone.
* Driven to achieve business targets that drive customer satisfaction.
* Plumbing background an advantage.
* Strong verbal and written communication skills.
* Full UK Driver’s License with a maximum of 6 points.
