✨ What you’ll be doing:
* Supporting KS2 classrooms across South Bristol, Bath and Keynsham
* Providing additional SEMH and SEN support where needed
* Helping pupils regulate emotions and stay engaged
* Building trust and positive relationships with children aged 7 to 11
* Managing behaviour calmly, consistently and with empathy
* Creating a safe, focused and purposeful learning environment
* Responding to challenges with a clear head and a safeguarding-first mindset
* Feeding back to teachers and raising any concerns appropriately
About you:
* You genuinely care about children’s wellbeing as much as their learning
* You’re calm, patient and able to read the room when things feel unsettled
* You’ve got experience supporting children or young people, especially those with SEMH or SEN needs
* You’re confident communicating clearly and building rapport quickly
* You’re passionate about helping children feel understood, not just managed
* You hold a degree or have equivalent experience working with young people
* You’re willing to go the extra mile and make a real difference
