The Role
As our Administrative Assistant, you'll play a key part in ensuring our operations run like clockwork. Your responsibilities will include:
* Managing schedules, appointments, and team communications.
* Preparing and organising project documentation (quotes, invoices, reports).
* Coordinating with clients, suppliers, and internal teams to ensure smooth workflows.
* Tracking project timelines and maintaining accurate records.
* General office administration tasks, including filing, data entry, and maintaining data.
What We're Looking For
The ideal candidate will:
* Have exceptional organisational and multitasking skills.
* Be proficient with Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook).
* Have strong communication skills (written and verbal).
* Be comfortable working in a fast-paced environment with competing priorities.
* Previous experience in construction or related industries is a plus, but not essential.
