About the Role:
As a Deputy Maintenance Supervisor, you will ensure the smooth operation of our site in Cheltenham, working closely with the Shift Supervisor to coordinate maintenance activities, manage technicians, and deliver excellent service to our clients.
Key Responsibilities:
* Team Leadership: Supervise and motivate technicians to meet operational goals.
* Maintenance Management: Oversee planned preventative and reactive maintenance.
* Performance Monitoring: Track and analyze performance metrics for improvements.
* Problem-Solving: Diagnose and resolve technical issues promptly.
* Reporting: Prepare reports on site performance and maintenance.
