General Manager – Fast pace social entertainment venue
Location: SW London
Salary: Up to £48,000 + Bonus
Responsibilities
As General Manager you will be responsible for the daily operations of the venue and overall operations of this site. This is a high-volume operation, and you must have experience in service led high-volume hospitality or leisure venues.
Qualifications
* You are currently at the General Management level
* You have strong experience in driving sales growth
* You have experience within a fast-paced, leisure or hospitality environment
* Experience maintaining high standards plus delivering excellent service first time every time
* Retaining & developing your team into strong, self-efficient managers
* A strong focus on building, motivating & retaining teams of staff and demonstrated experience in this area
* Structured/branded experience with Profit & Loss account management
