Provide timely feedback to students and parents regarding their learning journey.\n\n * \n\n Foster a positive and productive classroom environment that supports student well-being, engagement, and academic success.\n\n * \n\n Collaborate closely with colleagues to maintain high teaching standards and ensure consistency in curriculum delivery across the year group.\n\n * \n\n Establish strong relationships with parents and carers, keeping them informed about their child’s progress and engaging them in the learning process.\n\n * \n\n Contribute to the broader life of the school, including extracurricular activities, school events, and professional development opportunities.\n\nPerson Specification:\n\n * \n\n Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or an equivalent recognised teaching qualification.\n\n * \n\n A strong understanding of the Year 6 curriculum and the skills to deliver engaging and challenging lessons that support student growth.\n\n * \n\n Proven ability to assess student progress effectively, using data to inform teaching and ensure all students achieve their potential.\n\n * \n\n Strong classroom management skills and the ability to create a safe and engaging learning environment.\n\n * \n\n Excellent communication skills, with the ability to build positive relationships with students, parents, and colleagues.\n\n * \n\n A passion for professional development and a commitment to supporting students in reaching their academic and personal goals.\n\nThis is an exceptional opportunity for a passionate educator to make a meaningful impact within a welcoming and forward-looking school.
