We’re looking for a graduate who wants to be part of school life, not just watch it happen. You’ll start your day welcoming students at breakfast club, support learning across the day, and be right in the mix at break and lunch.
You’ll support literacy, behaviour, focus and confidence. And you’ll build experience that sets you up for teaching, SEND, pastoral or youth work careers.
This isn’t about ticking boxes. It’s about presence, personality and positivity.
Some roles are jobs. Some roles shape your future.
This one does both.
You’ll be part of a high-expectation school where structure creates space for fun. Breakfast club conversations. Literacy support in lessons. Lunchtime football matches. Staff-student activities that actually build trust.
It’s fast-paced at times, but always purposeful. Students leave at 2:15pm, giving you breathing space for professional development until 4:30pm.
No need for formal TA experience. We’re looking for confidence, empathy and communication skills. Youth work, coaching or childcare experience will help you hit the ground running.
If you’re approachable, energetic and happy to referee the odd match, you’ll fit right in.
