We are recruiting a structural engineer on behalf of our client, a long-standing civil structural consultancy with a well-established business (a lot of which is repeat work) and increasing workload, looking to grow the structural team. The position is based out of their offices near Stockport.
As a Structural Engineer, you will manage a wide range of projects in sectors including residential and commercial as part of an established team.
On Offer
* Base salary circa £35k-£45k depending on experience
* 5% yearly bonus

About you and the role
* You will have 3+ years of buildings structures design experience across various materials and projects.
* You will work under the supervision of a senior engineer on projects including residential (extensions, internal alterations, new builds), industrial, and commercial alterations, as well as smaller housing developments.
* You will assist in site inspections.
* Ideally, you are on a chartered path or looking to become chartered.
* You should be proficient in design software such as TSD, Tedds, Etabs, Masterseries, etc.
