A highly regarded law firm, based in Oxfordshire are looking to recruit a Compliance Manager to join their growing Compliance & Risk function to ensure the firm adheres to regulatory standards (e.g., SRA), legal obligations, and internal policies to mitigate risk. Key duties include advising on AML checks & client onboarding (KYC/CDD), performing audits, training staff on compliance, and investigating breaches.
Job Requirements
1. Relevant experience in a law firm or legal compliance role
2. Knowledge of legal regulations, specifically AML and SRA Standards.
3. Strong analytical skills for risk assessment and auditing.
4. Excellent communication skills for training and reporting.
