What the day will look like:
As our Client Service Specialist, you will be:
* Leading the end-to-end servicingof complex commercial risk portfolios, delivering high-quality, tailored client outcomes
* Partnering closely with Client Managers and Directorsto understand client needs and shape service plans, presentations and strategic advice
* Managing renewals, new business and mid-term adjustments, negotiating with insurers to secure the best possible terms and solutions
* Developing compelling marketing and client materials, clearly presenting risk profiles, proposals and placement strategies
* Proactively reviewing and improving client programmes, finding opportunities to strengthen coverage and support portfolio growth
* Building trusted relationships and ensuring excellence, working closely with clients and insurers, maintaining compliance and contributing to a collaborative, high-performing team
