The data team exist to enable better decisions for everyone at Modern Milkman. *Your mission *
Own and improve our digital data for web and app. Ensure tracking is accurate, data is reliable, and insights are used to drive better product and marketing decisions. Primary focus is digital analytics, with scope to support wider data analysis and contribute to data product development.

How You'll Do It
* Enable data-driven decisions by maximising the value of digital analytics across the business
* Own digital data for website and apps, including tag management, event tracking, and the data layer
* Define and deliver the roadmap for digital data collection and management with focus on quality and integrity
* Drive forward the company's digital analytics platforms and capabilities, ensuring they scale with business needs
* Provide insights to growth teams to optimise conversion, understand user behaviour, and improve marketing effectiveness
* Provide product teams with accurate measurement and insights to improve customer journeys
* Design and support A/B tests and wider CRO initiatives
* Manage relationships with third parties where relevant
* Define and maintain digital KPIs and ensure they are understood across the business
* Build relationships with growth, product, and tech teams to align on priorities
* Deliver reporting and dashboards for self-serve insights and train stakeholders in their use
* Improve data literacy across teams with a focus on digital data
* Work with the data team to triage requests and deliver scalable solutions
* Support broader data analysis tasks when needed
* Contribute to building and improving internal data products alongside the data team
* Help shape the Data & Analytics roadmap, balancing long-term priorities with short-term needs
What You'll Bring
* Strong experience in a digital, web, or product analyst role
* Strong experience with Google Analytics, GTM, and product analytics platforms
* Experience with BigQuery or other cloud data warehouses
* Strong SQL and BI tool skills (eg. Looker, Tableau, Power BI, ThoughtSpot)
* Experience designing and running A/B tests
* Knowledge of tag management and event tracking best practice
