Please note this role requires 3 days minimum working in our Offices. During probation this will be 4 days for induction and training purposes.

As a Management Accountant, you’ll be responsible for:
* Sales Ledger and Debtor Control
* Cash Flow and Bank Reconciliations
* Finalising monthly management accounts, including balance sheet reconciliations.
* Posting journals for sales, margin information, accruals, prepayments, and nominal corrections.
* Analysing variances against budgets and forecasts and ensuring robust control accounts, particularly for cash and debtors.
* Annual budget process, from initial drafts to final submissions.
* Compliance and Audit Support
What We’re Looking For
* Proven ability to meet tight deadlines with accuracy and efficiency.
* Experience in cash management and ledger reconciliations.
* Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with attention to detail.
* A proactive and flexible team player who can adapt in a fast-paced environment.
* Ability to learn quickly and retain information effectively.
* Part-qualified and actively working towards CIMA or ACCA.
