Job Description:

Role: Senior Talent Partner 360

Location: 22 Bishopsgates, Liverpool Street, with 2 days home office!

Your mission

As a Talent Partner (360), you will create an exceptional experience for our community, representing the company to candidates and clients in your market. Your goals include winning business, building relationships, networking, managing client relationships, and recruiting suitable candidates.

Company-facing responsibilities

* Develop long-term relationships with clients by understanding their structure, culture, and needs
* Offer strategic and tactical solutions to clients
* Pitch, negotiate, and develop proposals to serve client needs
* Build strong, long-term client relationships
* Collaborate with marketing and delivery teams to leverage opportunities
* Achieve personal KPIs and sales targets
* Train new team members
* Lead by example in recruitment practices


Candidate-facing responsibilities

* Manage existing candidate relationships and develop new ones
* Run search campaigns using various methods
* Headhunt and map the market to establish yourself as a go-to talent scout
* Monitor market movements and reach out to potential candidates
* Manage candidate communications from initial contact to offer negotiation
* Provide interview coaching and career advice, promoting Elemed solutions
* Convert cold candidates into warm leads
* Use CRM to record and manage all interactions
* Uphold company values and service standards
* Drive leads through CV profiling, reference checks, and interviews
* Prepare CVs and handle administrative tasks
* Perform other relevant duties as assigned

What we are looking for

This role suits someone who enjoys a full-cycle recruitment role, building relationships, and problem-solving. You should be adept at working with people, turning relationships into trusted partnerships.

* Honest, direct communication style
* 3+ years of recruiting experience in a technical, candidate-short market
* Experience in international/european markets
* 360 recruitment experience, preferably in the medical device or diagnostics industry
* Proven track record of overachievement
* Independent, urgent, and adaptable
* Strong search skills using LinkedIn Recruiter, Boolean search, headhunting
* Consistent placements over at least a year
* Resilient, creative, curious, process-driven, relationship builder
* Second language skills are a plus
