We are seeking a caring, enthusiastic, and proactive EYFS Teaching Support professional to join a welcoming and inclusive primary school in Bexley, starting as soon as possible. This is a fantastic opportunity for someone who is passionate about supporting young children during their early learning journey and enjoys working as part of a dedicated Early Years team.

As an EYFS Teaching Support, you will work closely with the class teacher and Early Years staff to support children’s learning, development, and wellbeing. You will assist with both structured activities and play-based learning, helping children develop key skills such as communication, social interaction, and independence.
Key Responsibilities
* Support children’s learning and development across the EYFS curriculum
* Assist with the delivery of engaging, play-based and structured activities
* Provide 1:1 and small group support where required
* Support children’s social, emotional, and behavioural development
* Help create a safe, nurturing, and stimulating learning environment
* Assist with observations, assessments, and learning journals
* Promote positive behaviour, routines, and independence
* Work collaboratively with teachers and Early Years staff
* Support children during transitions, playtimes, and daily routines
* Communicate effectively with parents and carers when required
* Ensure safeguarding and child protection procedures are followed at all times
