Join our Workforce Data and Analytics Team
Are you passionate about data and eager to make a difference? East Sussex County Council is seeking a Workforce Analytics Advisor to help drive evidence-based decision-making across our organisation.
We are a small, collaborative team dedicated to delivering all things people data and HR systems related to customers right across the Council. Our teamwork and camaraderie help us solve complex analytics challenges and deliver innovative solutions.
The team is part of our wider HR and Organisational Development (HROD) service. We pride ourselves on being a forward-thinking service with a great reputation. This role will work alongside colleagues in our Recruitment Team and Employee Services, as well as the wider service.
The day-to-day will involve maintaining and updating structures in our HR information system ensuring the data is accurately entered. You will be required to produce data reports for a range of stakeholders and support system administration for various HR systems.
We're looking for candidates who have:
* Strong Excel skills and attention to detail.
* Problem solving skills.
* Ability to produce data reports for both technical and non-technical audiences.
* Willing to assist colleagues and stakeholders with data or systems queries.
