About The Role
We are looking for a proactive, highly organised, service-focused individual to fulfil a crucial role within our Dispute Resolution Team. This position may be part-time or full-time, and can be adjusted around typical school hours.
Based in our Thames Valley office, you will be responsible for day-to-day administrative support to fee earners in the team.
Responsibilities
* Undertake routine administrative tasks for the team, including file opening, onboarding, file management, and billing.
* Manage the full file closing process efficiently.
* Support the archiving process and liaise with the Operations team.
* Assist with printing, copying and scanning documentation accurately.
* Assist with audio digital dictation as required.
About You
* Previous experience in a professional environment (preferred, but not essential).
* Experience in a client-facing role and a professional manner (preferred, but not essential).
* Strong IT proficiency, particularly in Microsoft Office (Word, Outlook, Excel), Teams, and Zoom.
* Exceptional attention to detail and a high standard of accuracy.
* Excellent communication, interpersonal, and organisational skills.
* A proactive approach and willingness to support the wider team.
