Secretarial Team Assistant
Premier US law firm is looking to hire a new Secretarial Team Assistant on a permanent basis to provide effective and high-quality administrative support to secretaries and fee earners in its London office.

* £35,000 salary
* Office based 5 days per week
* 9:30am – 6:00pm

Secretarial Team Assistant Key Responsibilities:
\n
* Providing support with, printing, photocopying, scanning, bundling, bibling, e-bibles, binding, indexing, making up files, label printing and adding signatures.
* Support with e-filing, locating documents and minor research.
* Prepare reports, presentations and internal memos as directed.
* Support compliance with legal, regulatory, and internal policy requirements.
* Assist with inputting and transferring time entries and with editing time narratives.

Secretarial Team Assistant Key Skills & Requirements:
\n
* Minimum of 1 years’ experience within a Law Firm.
* Excellent written, organisation and communication skills.
* Advanced Microsoft Office skills.
