We're looking for committed and compassionate Support Workers to join our Supported Living team, providing person-centred care for adults with learning disabilities, autism, physical disabilities, and complex health needs. About the Role As a Support Worker, you'll play a key role in supporting individuals to live as independently as possible, while promoting dignity, respect, and personal choice. You'll work closely with each person to deliver tailored care, which may include personal support, clinical needs, and community involvement. Typical Hours Day shifts available from 8:00am to 8:00pm Shift patterns may vary depending on the needs of the individuals we support, including some 12-hour shifts in 24-hour care settings.
