Service: Customer Support Services Closing Date: Thursday 24th July 2025 We are looking to welcome a HR and OD Professional to join our HR Business Partnering team to play a key role in providing a quality HROD service to the organisation. Join us to make a difference. The role will involve supporting the HR Business Partners to deliver a high quality HROD service to the organisation and leading on key deliverables. It is a generic role which covers a wide range of HROD functions. Some of the activities will include: data analytics, supporting change programmes and supporting strategy development. This is a great opportunity for anyone looking to gain experience in a number of HROD functions. If you hold CIPD Level 3 or equivalent in HR, an up to date knowledge of employment law, project management experience and good analytical and problem solving skills then we would love to hear from you. Remote/Hybrid options will be considered for this post and we will do our best to find the right fit for the successful applicant, although some presence in the office (and wider Argyll and Bute area, from time to time) may be required.
