Key Responsibilities
* Partner with two senior Account Directors to manage key strategic customers — supporting with proposals, service development, and client engagement.
* Take ownership of selected opportunities from qualification through to close, ensuring momentum across all workstreams.
* Maintain accurate CRM data, forecasts, and commentary to support business planning.
* Create clear, outcome-driven proposals and quotes that set delivery teams up for success.
* Drive proactive pipeline management: booking high-quality client meetings, progressing opportunities, and contributing to overall revenue growth.
* Execute against account strategies focused on customer value, expansion, and retention.
* Identify early signs of new opportunities, cross-sell potential, and renewal risks.
* Collaborate across sales, operations, technical and finance teams to deliver a seamless client experience.
What you’ll bring
* 2+ years selling and reliably supporting sales owners, with strong relationship and negotiation skills and a track record against Gross Margin targets.

How You’ll Work
You’ll be based primarily in the Wokingham office, working closely with sales, operations and delivery teams to drive client success.
Occasional travel to customer sites and international offices may be required.
