Store Manager – Diamonds Factory (Neve Jewels Group)
Cardiff, UK | Full-time (40 hours per week, 5 out of 7 days including weekends and bank holidays)
Salary: Up to £35,000 + quarterly bonus

About the Role
You will play a pivotal role in maintaining our reputation for excellence and luxury, overseeing daily store operations while driving sales performance and team success.
Key Responsibilities
* Lead, coach, and develop the sales team to exceed targets
* Foster a positive, high-performing team environment
* Deliver exceptional customer experience and consultative selling
* Drive sales performance, KPIs, and store profitability (P&L awareness)
* Build strong client relationships and manage escalations effectively
* Maintain high standards of visual merchandising and brand presentation
* Ensure store cleanliness, organisation, and operational excellence
* Manage stock accuracy and minimise discrepancies
* Implement security and loss prevention procedures
* Ensure compliance with company policies and regulations
* Gather customer feedback to improve store performance
* Promote health and safety standards across the store
* Coordinate store maintenance and upkeep
What We’re Looking For
* Minimum 2 years’ experience in luxury retail (jewellery preferred)
* Proven track record of achieving and exceeding sales targets
* Experience working with high‑end clientele is highly advantageous
* Strong leadership and communication skills
* Strong problem‑solving ability and adaptability
* Ability to quickly learn new systems and tools
* High attention to detail and organisational skills
* Passion for luxury products and customer experience
* Ability to perform in a fast‑paced retail environment
