An exciting opportunity has arisen for a Student Recruitment Events Officer, to join the department of Marketing, Communications and Engagement at the University of Winchester.
The Student Recruitment Events Officer will be responsible for supporting, organising and leading the running of on-campus and virtual events, including Open Days and Experience Days. Additionally, the post-holder will help team members in the organisation and implementation of all operational activities for other Under-Graduate and Post-Graduate student recruitment events.
The post-holder will be responsible for managing the Student Ambassador scheme, managing 100+ casual staff, including recruitment, training, payroll, and line management.
The ideal candidate will have proven recent event management experience of large events, be conscientious and a team player, and be proficient in the use of Microsoft Office packages to include Word, Excel and Outlook. The post-holder must be flexible and adaptive to changes and confident working and liaising with all levels of stakeholders.
