24 & 36 Hour Contracts Available | 7 Day Rotational Cover

We are currently recruiting Support Assistants (Days) to join a dedicated team within a specialist Intensive Support Service in North Lisburn.
About the Service
This modern, purpose-built service supports individuals with learning disabilities, autism, and complex needs to live independently within their own homes.
The service consists of two bungalows accommodating eight individuals, each with communal living spaces, en-suite bedrooms, and a secure garden area.
Operating 24/7 under a Positive Behaviour Support (PBS) Framework, the team works in partnership with housing and health care providers to deliver high-quality, person-centred care.
The Role
As a Support Assistant, you'll be at the heart of delivering compassionate, person-centred support.
You will:
1. Support individuals with activities of daily living
2. Assist with personal care needs
3. Encourage independence and inclusion in social and community activities
4. Work collaboratively as part of a close-knit team
5. Promote dignity, respect and positive outcomes at all times
Flexibility is essential, as the role includes rotational shifts, unsociable hours and public holidays.

What We're Looking For
18. Minimum 6 months caring experience (paid or personal)
19. Strong communication and basic numeracy skills
20. Understanding of the needs of people with learning disabilities
21. Knowledge and awareness of behaviours that challenge
22. A compassionate, patient and team-focused approach
