Hunter Adams is seeking an experienced Interim HR Business Partner to support our client within Financial Services in relation to a redundancy project. The successful candidate will need to bring a strong understanding of UK HR practices, particularly around collective consultation and redundancy procedures. TUPE experience would be beneficial, though not essential.
Key Responsibilities:
* Provide HRBP support in managing the redundancy process, including facilitating meetings, answering queries and managing impacted individuals.
* Work with senior level employees to ensure smooth communication and sensitive handling of the redundancy process.
* Advise on best practices around collective consultation and ensure compliance with UK HR legislation.
* Manage complex and sensitive HR issues, ensuring a professional and supportive approach throughout.
Key Skills & Experience:
* Proven experience in managing redundancy processes.
* Strong understanding of UK HR practices, particularly around collective consultation.
* TUPE experience would be beneficial but not essential.
* Ability to work with and support senior-level employees through complex HR situations.
* Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to handle sensitive situations with discretion and professionalism.
