Job Description
3. Support the PMO team in the management and delivery technology projects and processes
4. Monitor project progress and ensure alignment with organisational goals.
5. Translate PMO technical process into easily digestible consistent documentation
6. Develop and maintain project documentation, reports, and dashboards.
7. Facilitate communication between stakeholders to ensure smooth project execution.
8. Analyse project data to provide insights and recommendations for improvement.
9. Assist in risk assessment and mitigation strategies for projects.
10. Ensure compliance with industry standards and organisational procedures.
11. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to achieve project objectives.
The Successful Applicant
A successful PMO Analyst should have:
12. Experience of developing new solutions and managing multiple stakeholders
13. Excellent Analytical, conceptual, and problem-solving abilities
14. Data analysis and experience of developing MI reports
15. Excellent Microsoft Excel skills, including pivot tables and complex formulae
16. Planning experience, including scheduling and resource forecasting
17. Experience of working across multiple projects in a program or portfolio
18. Strong understanding of relational databases
19. Knowledge of ERP Systems & Document Management Systems
20. Previous experience of providing governance support to projects
21. Understanding of Standard Risk Identification and Assessment techniques
