We are seeking an enthusiastic and committed individual to join our Kings Lynn branch.
The Role
* Attracting, interviewing, inducting & onboarding of new workers
* Ensuring the customers staffing requirements are fully met
* Managing a temporary workforce
* Responsible for weekly payroll and KPI reports
* Responsible for PPE distribution and management
* Daily liaison with client management and candidate pool
* Attending daily operational meetings
* Providing an out-of-hours telephone service for emergency purposes
* Rotating weekly shifts, early & afternoon
* Ensuring full compliance and legislative adherence

Experience & Requirements
* Experience within the recruitment industry would be an advantage, although training will be provided
* Knowledge of manufacturing or processing environments an advantage
* Good IT skills including Word, Excel & Outlook
* Russian language skills an advantage but not essential
