Responsibilities
* Managing a diverse caseload of family law matters from inception through to resolution, including divorce, separation, child arrangements, and financial disputes.
* Providing clear and empathetic legal advice to clients on their rights and options.
* Drafting court applications for divorce, residence/contact and NMO applications
* Negotiating settlements and representing clients at court hearings when necessary.
* Maintaining accurate case records and ensuring compliance with all relevant legislation and procedural rules.
* Building strong relationships with clients, offering support throughout often sensitive proceedings.
* Collaborating with colleagues across departments to ensure comprehensive client care.
