The Role
of Maintenance Engineer will include the following responsibilities:
1. Reactive Maintenance on all of the automated production machinery including conveyors, ovens, mixers, pumps and more!
2. Following a Pre-Planned-Maintenance (PPM) system where you’ll be doing visual inspections, checking mechanical and electrical parts, lubrication and greasing
3. Freedom to make improvements to the site – If you have CI ideas they aren’t going to stop you from working on your own projects – in fact they strongly encourage it!
4. Swapping like for like electrically with: Sensors, Relays, Contactors, Invertors, Three Phase Motors, Drives, Power Supplies,
5. Mechanically working with: Gearboxes, Shafts, Rollers, Belts, Pulleys, Hydraulics, Pneumatics, Bearings
6. Working within a tight knit team of Engineers that all get on and help support each other
The Candidate:
The Right Candidate for the role of Maintenance Engineer will have/be:
7. A recognised Electrical Engineering Qualification
8. Experience working as a Maintenance Engineer within a factory setting
9. Be confident working Mechanically and Electrically, Fault Finding and coming up with solutions to problems that occur day to day
10. Be happy working within a small team of Maintenance Engineers that work together
11. Be confident in working alone when needs be
