Are you an environmentally savvy property and asset professional passionate about looking after the environment and reducing climate change in Cornwall? This is an exciting opportunity to work with our Director of Development & Commercial Services to push forward plans to reduce our environmental impact across the business.
The Built Environment Project Manager is a permanent role that will lead innovative environmental sustainability initiatives across the business, with a goal to continually reduce Coastline’s impact on the environment.
You will shape and deliver forward-thinking built environment projects that support Coastline’s Environmental, Development, and Asset Management Strategies. This role involves securing external funding to drive improvements in development, sustainability, energy efficiency, biodiversity, and community wellbeing. You’ll turn innovative ideas into funded, measurable projects that enhance our assets and benefit our customers, colleagues, and communities.
We are looking for someone who is a forward-looking environmental property and asset professional, passionate about sustainability, capable of working as part of a team, and also able to use initiative and work independently with an organized and analytical approach. Proficiency in Microsoft Office is essential, and a full driving license with access to a vehicle is advantageous.
