We’re looking for a Change Manager to join us at the heart of this transformation. Partnering directly with our Global President, you’ll help design and deliver strategic initiatives that strengthen commercial performance, scale operations, and unlock growth across multiple markets.
This is a high-visibility role for someone ready to step up in their career. You don’t need to be perfect — what matters most is your intelligence, analytical ability, and emotional intelligence to influence senior sales leaders. You’ll be supported by experienced leaders who have successfully delivered this type of change before.

What You’ll Do
1. Lead strategic change programs that advance our global transformation agenda.
2. Work with cross-functional teams to design and shape high-impact initiatives.
3. Drive consistency, scalability, and repeatability in execution and measurement.
4. Contribute to initiatives such as:
Scaling service processes with advanced technologies
5. Designing a European Key Accounts strategy
6. Optimizing service and waste-management processes
7. Executing geographic expansion strategies
8. Apply change-management methodologies to ensure adoption and success.
9. Build detailed workplans and governance routines for executive-level visibility.
10. Translate complex data into clear, compelling insights for senior leaders.
What We’re Looking For:
11. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
12. Ability to convert complex data into actionable insights.
13. Emotional intelligence to influence and engage senior sales leaders.
14. Early-career exposure to change management, with ambition to step into a larger role.
15. Hands-on leadership style, willing to “lead from the front.”
16. Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
17. Proficiency with Microsoft tools (Excel, PowerPoint, Teams) and cloud collaboration platforms.
18. MBA preferred, but not required.
