We're looking for a hands-on, passionate Restaurant Manager to lead a busy team in a fast-paced, high-volume hospitality setting. This is an amazing pub and boutique hotel group based in Hertfordshire
What you'll do:
Lead and motivate the front-of-house team with a visible floor presence
Oversee both restaurant and bar operations, including cocktails and service flow
Drive performance through training, coaching, and team incentives
Manage bookings, budgets, forecasting, and labour control
Deliver unforgettable guest experiences every day
What we're looking for:
Strong leadership with proven bar/restaurant management experience
Organised, proactive, and commercially aware
A natural people-person who thrives in busy, dynamic environments
