About the Role of CNC Machine Setter/Programmer The CNC Machine Setter/Programmer is a key member of our machine shop, responsible for setting and ideally programming, CNC and manual machines, including lathes, mills, and drill presses, using FANUC, to produce high-quality components to exact specifications. You’ll work closely with the Machine Shop Team Lead to ensure safety, quality, cost-efficiency, and timely delivery.
