Overview
The Leisure Membership Advisor role involves engaging with potential new members, understanding their fitness goals, and presenting Village Gym facilities as a match for their needs. You will meet prospects by phone or in person, including giving club tours, and help new members start their fitness journey. You will also advise on additional products and services to support customers in achieving their goals.
Work, Grow, Play! Village Hotel Club aims to create lively, modern spaces for work, eating, relaxing, playing and exercising. The role contributes to delivering service that differentiates us from the competition.
This role offers uncapped commission with a realistic OTE of 4,800 per annum.
Responsibilities
* Meet and engage potential new members by phone or in person.
* Tour facilities and showcase offerings to demonstrate how Village Gym can meet their fitness goals.
* Identify individual needs and tailor service and communication accordingly.
* Advise on additional products and services to help members achieve their goals.
* Contribute to a positive, service-led sales environment that emphasizes selling through service.
