Contract/Hours: Permanent, Full-time - 37 hours per week (on a rota basis, working days, evenings, waking nights and weekends)

Arosfa Disability service, provides short breaks and long term residential support to children and young people who have disabilities and or additional needs. We pride ourselves on providing a home-from-home experience for our children and young people. Our well-equipped setting gives parents complete peace of mind while their children enjoy a sleepover' and we're certain that our staff have plenty of fun, too!

Qualified or currently working towards a level 3 in Health and Social Care, within this Residential Support Worker role, you'll lead a team of support workers on shift, ensuring high standards of care and personalised support for the children and young people we support.
This will include supporting in the absence of the Registered Manager or Team Leader, supervisions of staff, case managing and assisting in the development of the service.
Lead shifts with the primary aim of the provision of a high-quality service.
Provide lead case/care planning management, including assessing, reviewing and managing risk.
Co-ordinating responsibilities within the service, with multi agency and producing family information, including analysis and written reports.
Supervise and guide staff as required, in accordance with Action for Children policies and procedures.
Level 3 qualification in Health and Social Care children and young people (or recognised equivalent) or currently working towards (essential)
Experience of shift leading a team of support workers
Flexibility to work a variety of shift patterns as agreed via the rolling rota.
Experience and training in safeguarding
Experience of developing tailored care plans
