Summary and purpose of the Job:
Support the Fixed Networks Delivery and Operational teams in delivering first class managed solutions to our clients.

Responsibilities (but not limited to):
1. Troubleshooting and support after initial triage.
2. Support Field Engineers, and other internal departments as required.
3. Configuration of equipment and design of solutions.
Qualifications
The successful candidate will have:
1. WAN, LAN, and security knowledge.
2. Experience with Cisco or Juniper routers and switches.
