Non-Fault Claims Administrator We’re looking for a detail-driven Non-Fault Claims Administrator to join our dynamic team in Egham. Main Duties Manage engineer inspection bookings, post movements, and incoming mail in line with agreed targets and objectives Invoice insurers for services provided to customers Handle inbound and outbound calls with professionalism and empathy Maintain accurate records on our internal claims management system Provide timely updates to customers regarding their claims Greet visitors via telecom and manage sign-in procedures Stay current with workflow changes and company updates Respond promptly to calls, emails, and letters Escalate complaints appropriately to the Customer Services Manager Represent our company values in every interaction Take ownership of your personal development Support other duties as requested by the Team Leader or senior staff Key Skills Friendly, eager-to-help attitude Meticulous attention to detail Strong team player with the ability to work independently Excellent written and verbal communication skills Confident and professional telephone manner Previous experience in administration Adaptability to changing priorities and workflows Strong organisational and time management skills Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook Reliability and punctuality Commitment to personal growth and learning The Essentials Location: Egham, Surrey (Onsite) Salary: £24,000 – £26,000 Hours: Monday to Friday, 8:00–4:30 or 9:00–5:30 Onsite only – no hybrid or remote options Reporting directly to the Non-Fault Admin Team Leader Opportunity to grow within a values-driven organisation If you're ready to bring your skills to a team that values excellence and collaboration, we’d love to hear from you.
