As ArchitecturalTechnician ,youllplayapivotalroleinhelpingtheclientdeveloptheirdesignbrieffromstagezerotostage3guidingthedesignprocess,unitingtheprojectteam,andensuringtheendresultexceedsclientexpectations.
Youll:
Supporttheclienttodeveloptheirvisionwhileutilisingtheresourcesoftheteamtocreateasolutionthatmatchestheirbudget
Identifyopportunitiesandchallengesindesignandcoordinateinnovativesolutions
WorkcloselywiththePMandQStoensurequality,buildability,andcommercialsuccess
Leadcoordinationacrossclients,consultants,andsupplychainpartners
Maintainaccuraterecordsanddrivetheprocessfromconcepttocompletion
