The Opportunity
We're looking for a Dispatcher to join their dynamic Regional Dispatch Team. Based at one of the dispatch centres, you'll be responsible for delivering and executing optimised transport plans using our In-House planning system, supporting drivers, and acting as a key link between operations, sales, and customers.
What You'll Be Doing
🚚 Mobilising daily operations – ensure drivers are ready and set up for success.
🔄 Managing NDRs and recycling Line of Business (LOB) using our Fleetwatch tool.
📊 Deploying and refining delivery plans using the In-House platform.
📞 Proactively communicating with internal stakeholders to ensure plan execution.
🔍 Monitoring driver performance in real-time to adjust and optimise deliveries.
🧠 Problem-solving on the go, adapting to same-day requests where capacity allows.
