Job Description
1. Provide leadership and direction to the Exchange Traded Derivatives / Futures Operations team, ensuring operations are efficient, compliant, and risk‑conscious.
2. Design and implement strategic and tactical initiatives to enhance efficiency, increase automation, and standardize processes.
3. Ensure strong governance practices, adherence to regulatory requirements, and robust risk management-including AML/ATF and sanctions compliance.
4. Build, mentor, and retain an inclusive, high‑performing team through coaching, succession planning, and talent development.
5. Partner closely with internal stakeholders and external clearing partners across other global regions.
6. Lead transformation projects and process enhancements to embed industry best practices and deliver an improved client experience.
7. Maintain strong supervisory controls, transparent risk reporting, and effective escalation frameworks.
8. Allocate resources and manage budgets to meet organizational goals and regulatory expectations.
