About the role
We are seeking a dynamic Music Teacher to join a forward-thinking secondary school based in the Buttershaw area of Bradford. This full-time temporary role is to start ASAP and will run until the end of the term. Essential Requirements
* QTS (Qualified Teacher Status) or equivalent teaching qualification.
* Eligibility to work in the UK.
* Knowledge of the national curriculum for Music
* An Enhanced DBS on the update service (or willingness to apply for one).

Responsibilities
* Deliver inspiring Music lessons to KS3 and KS4 students
* Plan and mark work in line with school policies
* Assess and monitor student progress regularly
* Provide feedback and support to help students improve
* Promote a positive learning environment
* Encourage musical participation beyond the classroom
* Prepare students for performances and assessments
* Organise and support school concerts or productions
* Deliver extra-curricular music clubs or ensembles
* Encourage creativity and critical listening skills
