Location: Ledbury
Salary: £26,509.75 + 25 days holiday + 4pm finish on Fridays

The Role
You will play a key part in ensuring smooth sales operations and high levels of customer satisfaction. This is a varied, hands-on position combining customer interaction, sales administration, and cross-departmental support.
Key Responsibilities
Provide administrative support to the external sales team
Handle customer enquiries across commercial, technical, and logistical areas
Prepare and issue offers and quotations in line with client requirements
Maintain CRM systems and keep customer data up to date
Support marketing initiatives and product promotion activities
Provide operational and general administrative support across departments
About You
Excellent communication and organisational skills
Strong attention to detail with effective problem-solving ability
Confident using CRM systems and Microsoft Office
Positive, adaptable, and team-focused approach
Able to manage multiple priorities in a busy environment
