General Cover Supervisor - Maidstone and Medway
Teaching Personnel are looking for reliable and enthusiastic General Cover Supervisors to work across a variety of secondary schools in the Maidstone and Medway areas.
This is a fantastic opportunity for individuals who have classroom or youth work experience and are confident managing groups of students in a school setting. As a Cover Supervisor, you will be delivering pre-prepared lessons, ensuring students remain on task, and maintaining a positive and productive learning environment.
Responsibilities
* Deliver pre-prepared lessons as directed.
* Ensure students stay on task and maintain a positive learning environment.
* Support teachers and schools in delivering high-quality cover provision.
Requirements
* Previous experience working with young people (classroom, tutoring, mentoring, or similar).
* Confident classroom management skills.
* Must currently live in the UK and have the right to work here.
* Flexible and adaptable to cover different schools across Maidstone and Medway.

All pay rates quoted will be inclusive of 12.07% statutory holiday pay. This advert is for a temporary position. In some cases, the option to make this role permanent may become available at a later date.
