This role is essential in delivering high-quality food and beverage services to our clients and customers, ensuring a clean, hygienic, and welcoming environment. Key Responsibilities: Assist in the preparation and presentation of food to company standards. Provide efficient, friendly service across all catering areas. Maintain cleanliness and hygiene in food service and preparation areas. Serve customers at counters and operate tills during service periods. Prepare and serve hot and cold beverages to brand standards. Monitor and record food temperatures and check deliveries. Support special functions and provide cover during staff absences. Report incidents, complaints, or irregularities promptly. Attend training sessions and team meetings as required. What We’re Looking For: Essential: Strong communication and customer service skills.
