Treatment Coordinator – The Oakwood Clinic
Full-time | Specialist Orthodontic Practice | Patient-centred role
At The Oakwood Clinic we don't just straighten teeth — we change how people feel about themselves.
We are looking for a confident, warm and organised Treatment Coordinator to guide patients from their first enquiry through to the start of treatment and beyond.
This is not a traditional dental nursing role.
You will become the key person patients remember — the one who makes them feel reassured, understood and excited to begin treatment.

The Role
You will manage the entire new-patient journey:
* Welcoming and building rapport with new patients
* iTero scanning and dental photography
* Supporting clinical consultations
* Explaining treatment options and fees clearly and confidently
* Managing the CRM and patient follow-ups
* Converting enquiries into starts (without pressure selling)
* Liaising between clinician, reception and patient
* Creating an outstanding patient experience
* Orthodontic nursing and -occasional general dental nursing

What We're Looking For
Essential
* Orthodontic nursing experience
* Confident with iTero scanning & dental photography
* Excellent communication skills
* Warm, positive personality
* Highly organised and reliable
* Comfortable discussing fees and treatment plans
Ideal
* Experience in private dentistry and orthodontics
* Experience with treatment coordination or sales-type conversations
* CRM or patient journey management experience
* Someone who enjoys helping people make decisions
